In our modern society providing on-line tools for clients is now a standard. Obsidian offers each of its clients an on-line Community Portal as part of our services. The intention is to:
- Allow owners to easily access information in a centralized, and secure location
- Allow owners to report concerns
- Allow the council, and strata manager, to quickly communicate information to owners
- Save the Strata Corporation money on printing, and mailing costs for each owner that signs on for electronic notice/delivery.
- Provide a space where the community within the strata corporation can communicate and share
